We ALL start from the same foundation and have to work equally hard.

No shortcuts. No payoffs. No blaming others for our own lack of motivation.

One thing you will never be able to “buy” is a fit strong body.

There is no one size fits all handbook & how you choose to create your strength is all up to YOU.

There are millions of amazing coaches in this world and all kinds of different ways to get there. My best advise is to find what or who inspires you to push a little harder and just GO.
