It’s been announced today that The Duchess of Cambridge has become Patron of Evelina London Children’s Hospital – where children with rare and complex conditions receive support.
The Duchess, accompanied by The Duke of Cambridge, visited the hospital this morning where Their Royal Highnesses met patients and staff.

Their Royal Highnesses also visited @PassageCharity, a charity working to end homelessness in central London, where they spoke with service users and helped to prepare cards and gifts ahead of the centre’s Christmas party next week. ?Watch videos from today’s visits at @kensingtonroyal
