Welcome home Tater Tot @totally_tater ! ?

Back in October, @fflrescuenetwork told us about a kitten who was surrendered to the rescue due to being born with Radial Hypoplasia, the same condition that Roo @roothekangaroocat has.
He has deformed front legs, a kinked stubby tail, and big polydactyl paws with lots of extra toes. He also has one of the cutest little faces we’ve ever seen & we fell in love with the 1st pic we saw of him. He is a perfectly imperfect Highland Lynx.?? Roo is so good playing papa to fosters, specifically ones with special needs, we decided to open our hearts and our home to give Roo a furever little special needs brother when this opportunity was presented. ?

We weren’t actively looking to adopt but that’s how all but one of our furbabies happened, they found us mostly through rescues (except Halo who we got from a reputable Shiba Inu breeder in 2009 BEFORE we were involved in rescue). We were presented with a special situation yet again and it just felt right! ❤️ It’s been 9 years since we’ve adopted a kitten (Venus was our last), and 4 yrs since adopting our last fur baby which was Roo (he was 3yrs old when we got him) so we are very excited about this and sharing the news with all of you! ?
