Gluten free: you can sub a salad instead of bread

Makes about 6-8 sandwiches

Ingredients:
?1 1/2lb - ground chicken breast
?1/3 cup - carrots julienned
?1/4 cup - parsley ( fine cut)
?1/4c up - panko bread crumbs (sub oats or ground cashews for gluten free version)
?1 - egg beaten
?2 tbsp - #FlavorGod Seasoning
?1 tbsp - garlic / minced
?1-2tbsp-olive oil for cooking in pan
?1 ts. - sea salt
Garnish
?2 tbsp. - Blue cheese, crumbled
?Bunch - Celery leaves
?3 tbsp. - buffalo sauce
?6 pretzel buns
? #flavorgod seasoning

1.In a medium bowl ADD: ground chicken ,panko, carrot, parsley, sea salt , #flavorgod(any flavor), egg, and garlic. Mix gently . Divide into 6-8 portions; shape each into 3-inch patty.
2.Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Lightly coat pan with oil. Add patties to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
