My friend @pollyloveslife posted this and I had to re-it up. I want to give a shout out today to all of my musician friends and those I have yet to meet who go through the paranoia of putting their heart, voice and passions on the line, risking embarrassment, financial ruin and parents who say’”when are you gonna get a real job”. All to touch the hearts of other people and create illumination where there was once emotions shrouded in fear, loneliness and depression. Thank you for all you give to raise consciousness and spirits in these challenging times. I support you and believe in your journeys! And thank you everyone who has told a musician they mattered either in person or through your heart as you sat alone somewhere with headphones or danced radically and hugged a stranger at a concert.
