This is your LA Beach. We must do better...with the beauty of these swells brings the reality of what we are doing to the oceans and our planet. I've held a number of beach cleanups in the past but until we all start taking personal responsibility, the "beach cleanup" is only putting a temporary Band-Aids over this self inflicted deadly wound. @surfrider @lonelywhale @healthebay are a few of the organizations I donate too regularly...please let me know others that I can continue to contribute not only financially but also utilizing this community and voice here on Social Media. As much as I appreciate being able to share the beauty of the world with you, I fear for what we are leaving the next generation other than pretty photos of what it used to look like. Ok...that is my unplanned from the heart speech this morning. Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. ??????♻️
