Why is it so hard to slow down? Why do we move at such a high pace? What is it inside of me that keeps me going, going, going... And is there such a thing as burning out when you practice yoga and meditate every day? In today’s episode of the podcast I try to answer these questions. I talk about slowing down. Resting. How hard it was for me to take a break. The signals my body has been giving me that it’s time to soften, time to let go, time to change something... And why it’s been so hard for me to listen. I cry. Obvi.
