Photo by @jonathan_irish // Icebergs can be massive. And with most of the volume of an iceberg below the surface, it’s sometimes hard to comprehend their sheer size. They can also be dangerous, as they are prone to rolling and flipping while the seawater melts them from underneath (changing its proportions and rebalancing its weight). But they are also beautiful and natural works of art that I could never tire of looking at. Taken on assignment on a recent @natgeoexpeditions trip to Iceland and Greenland.
