A burned car in #Paradise, Calif., on Nov. 19. The 'X' means a search-and-rescue team has checked the vehicle for victims of the #CampFire. The town of about 27,000 was gutted by the #wildfire, which ignited on Nov. 8 and scorched more than 151,000 acres, leaving dozens dead and nearly a thousand more people unaccounted. The blaze is 66% contained, and with more than 12,000 structures already destroyed, officials anticipate a cleanup of historic proportions. Sean Smith, the debris coordinator for the California Office of Emergency Services, says his agency expects this to be the biggest #debris cleanup since the San Francisco earthquake in 1906.
