As we head into the hectic #holiday season, remember to take time for yourself. #SelfCare is important because day-to-day activities can at times provide stress and seemingly drain us as artists from our #creativity. In order to show up for your clients and provide them with your best work, you have to show up for yourself first. Even when things are busy, set time aside - even if it is only a couple of minutes - for yourself to look through magazines, scroll through Pinterest, or learn a new braiding technique. ⠀
