That time I was in a cookbook with my Minnesota gal pal Kristina Mitchell, for my Minnesota gal pal Ragan Wallake, cooking up some Minnesota staples! ?♀️???
Plus we had a chicken nugget off! ?♀️?

Kristina and I sang in college together at St. Olaf and Ragan and I went to High School together at Apple Valley High School... Both have been members of #TheNewHollywood. This was before Richie and I were engaged, and our dog Lilly.

What we whipped up... Pistachio encrusted Salmon, Wild rice and spinach salad. Raspberry champagne cupcakes, deviled eggs and chicken nuggets done two ways.
