Photo by @kevinfaingnaert // The quiet, beautiful village of Bøur on the Faroe Islands. Bøur is located on the west-side of Vágar island and counts 65 inhabitants. It has a magnificent view over the sea and the rocky islet Tindholmur with its many peaks. Last year during winter, I spent half a day sitting at the small beach of Bøur, dipping my toes in the cold dark water .I thought of all the places in the world, including those that were hotter, sunnier and drier, and knew that there was nowhere else I would have rather been. #faroeislands
