Dear Mr. Stan Lee,
Pancho Córdova, was a boy that until his old age spent almost every cent he had on your Marvel comic books. He dreamt of some day being a part of your work, of belonging to your world of superheroes.
Pancho Cordova was a Mexican actor and my grandfather.
25 years after he passed, I was blessed with the privilege to interpret YoYo Rodriguez, the first Latina superhero on screen.
I immediately thought “up there, somewhere, my grandpa Pancho is behind this...”
So, THANK YOU... your work gifted me the opportunity to live my grandfather’s dream for him. Your creation defied the realms between life and death and connected a granddaughter to her grandfather. That’s magic if I’ve ever witnessed it.

He will be ecstatic to meet you.
