One from yesterday morning in @rockynps with my dad @dougladzinski. Just as the sun was rising we spotted a big herd of #elk, our position couldn’t have been anymore lucky. The backlight of the sun was rim lighting everything in its path and provided this beautiful fiery background. We watched the herd move across the frost covered meadow for about 30 minutes before they moved into a nearby forest, disappearing from our vantage. Photographed with the @NikonUSA #Z7 and 600mm f/4
