Just finished filming!! I just got a message from one of my morning clients asking how to reduce that “tired/sick” feeling after high intensity training (when you are first starting out). My top tips for that is being hydrated before your session. Try and have something small to eat - like a piece of toast. Warm up PROPERLY before your session begins.
