The World at Night photography
A few nights ago at 65 degrees north, a cold windy one but crystal clear, on a new exciting filming project in Iceland. Although I love stunning aurora displays and photographed them pole to pole, sometimes I prefer a clean clear sky like this without the interference of anything else. You see a faint glow of the northern lights on the right. Cygnus, the Swan, is in the center and Andromeda Galaxy, our neighboring “Island Universe”, is on the upper left, visible to the naked eye too.
