As you head out on the trail, you’ll meander through birch groves and up spruce-studded hillsides to a stunning view of #Alaska’s Lake Clark. Then you’ll round the bend and head down the gentle hill. On an autumn day, the sunlight dapples the forest floor and illuminates the golden trees. Cold glacial waters fall over a 30 foot cliff of ancient lava, creating a roar that is deafening.
