Happy Fountain Day all!!!! In homage to a most beloved day founded by @fountainpenday, I’m posting a few favorite treasures, and of course, fountain pens! Everyone has that favorite daily writer and it’s no secret that this @franklinchristoph Model 02 with the 1.1cc nib and the stunning matte acrylic material by @brooks_803 is among mine. I have it inked with my number one brown ink, their Brown 732, penned in the Vagabond Notebook, which I had the honor to co-design with @franklinchristoph that was definitely one of my most rewarding projects to-date. One of the best parts about this hobby are the people you get to connect with. The folks at @franklinchristoph have been like a second family to me and I’m genuinely proud to share all the goodies I’m blessed to snag before they sell out online and at shows. It’s a blessing to share brands that operate with integrity and honor, put out excellent products and have hearts of gold. That’s a winning combination right there. Speaking of, I’m very excited to introduce @foundleathergoods with their Artist Portfolio in Marsh Green. Made by hand in the Pacific Northwest and perfect for stowing fountain pens, notebooks and watercolors! A big thank you to Nikki for sending this gorgeous portfolio my way! I can’t wait to break in the leather and see how it weathers along my journey.
