What does stress look like from a physical perspective? TCM Dr. Nat explains: “Stress sets off a chain of the events in the body. It triggers the production of cortisol and adrenaline—stress hormones—which severely disrupt the production of other hormones such as progesterone and serotonin—required for sleep.
