Had to go to my happy place about a million times today during back bending! ? ....about 20 min into the 2 hours(every class, because it’s hard) I think to myself, do I really want to be here, by the end I just want to keep going. Flexibility is tough. It hurts and it takes a very long time to see a difference. But, it’s probably one of the most important things to work on physically for the long haul. All of these videos are taken after a minimum of 60 min of class. A very, very, tough class. ?? pain before growth in everything. Namaste. Now....?! #gopackgo
