Today I did a simple style of training but good lord I was done by the end of it. 😅
I did 3 sets of 12, going up in weight each set, then a drop set on the 4th set with my starting weight.
Jump squats
Deadlifts
Smith machine lunges
Hip thrusts. (Half the weight you’d normally do, just to polish off your 🍑 just that little bit more)
My butt was burning so much I couldn’t finish my last set of hip thrusts. 😂
