Back in the Berlin rain, I miss Lebanon’s welcoming warmth - so here’s a throwback to last Monday’s delicious sunny side ups, cooked in a Lebanese clay pot with a pillowy egg white and runny yolk, and this beautiful, jade-green cup (which I never saw anywhere ever again otherwise you’d see them in my souvenirs list in my stories...) - at the breakfast at Beit Douma.
