~TAKE A MINUTE TO REALISE YOUR PROGRESS~
So grateful I can make my body do some work again, with small steps I'm getting fitter every day! Feels amazing to be in charge of myself and the direction I want to go, and that's defenitely going up! I always focus on further, better and all the possible improvements, but today I'm taking a minute (okey maybe a few?) to stand still where I am already and I feel very satisfied with all the steps I've made.
Thanks @luki_bra94 for your great help, expertise and all of your positive energy you spread around, it simply makes my journey very enjoyable and powerful!?
