This week, a large retrospective exhibition of late Magnum photographer and agency co-founder David ‘Chim’ Seymour’s work has opened at the Jewish Historical Museum in Amsterdam.

Seymour's photographic works are a record of significant and often tumultuous moments in history, including the pre-war political protests in France, coverage of the Spanish Civil War, the emergence of the State of Israel and touching images taken of children in Europe affected by the aftermath of the Second World War. .
