Little Halinka knows a taste of whole grain spelt bread from her earliest days in her mama belly. Now she requests a slice of it every time when visiting with her parents. Its soft and delicate and massage her gums that are expecting teeths. Babies eating sourdough are a special treat. Silent joy, wordless comunication through smile when they get into their slice is truly heartmelting.
