In our November issue, we take you inside a legendary manor in Northern Ireland that was designed by David Hicks in the 1970s. Pictured here is the staircase hall, which Hicks chose to paint in a deep red hue. The William IV center table is mahogany, the Florentine mirror is 19th century, and the gilt-wood chest is early 16th century. The 1644 painting below the stairs is by Jacob Jordaens, and the portraits on the upper level depict the duke’s ancestors. Link in bio for the full tour. ?@simonuptonphotos
