In honor of National Seafood Month, we bring you this mouth-watering fried scallops recipe!

Ingredients:
350 g scallops
120 g asparagus [sliced]
25 g carrots [thinly sliced]
1/2 pc chili [red, cut into pieces]
Marinade:
2 Tbsp. Black Bean Garlic Sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar

How to make it:
Blanch scallop in boiling water. Drain.
Saute red chili in 2 Tbsp. oil until fragrant. Add asparagus, carrot, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
Stir in scallop, seasoning mix and heat through.
