SWIPE LEFT FOR THE REAL ME.???‍♂️ Today is #nationalcomingoutday and yesterday made one month since I came out publicly. I had never thought that my story would have such an impact on the lives of others. I feel so thankful, grateful, and blessed to be given this opportunity. Being able to make a difference really means so much to me. So...I have some thoughts and I'm just going to kind of ramble because I'm too lazy to make it all perfect. So excuse my bad grammar. ? Anyway...to the people who feel like "who cares" and it's "not a big deal," I really do appreciate the acceptance that you have towards us. That's the way it should be in my opinion. However...it still is a big deal because some people make us feel like we're different for being this way. That's the reason I felt the need to come out. So I could maybe help someone else that is in the same situation I was in. And they know that they're not alone in this and to give them some kind of hope that things will be okay! I wish that one day, people of the LGBTQ community won't have to come out. When we can live and love, just like everyone else and there is no separation in humanity. A day when we don't feel alone, excluded, and different. That day may not come soon. But we can all start to make a difference by doing our part to consciously spread more positivity and making an effort to empower each other. To anyone struggling with coming out, don't feel pressured to do so. Take your time. Know that you are enough and you are loved as you are! Be kind to yourself always. And most importantly...EMBRACE WHO YOU ARE.?️‍?❤️ Side note: I hope me writing these don't offend anyone. I'm not insinuating that I'm always Mr. Positive...because I'm not. I'm human and have crappy days. I'm a mess at times...just like the second picture.? But honestly I write these because I need reminders of my calling and why I'm doing this thing called life.
