So Tyrone and I started training together about 4 years ago. Before I met him, I wasn’t really into my fitness, I didn’t really care about working out or eating healthy. I used to really suffer from anxiety, I didn’t have a focus & I was just floating around figuring things out. I can’t believe how much has changed, I never thought I would crave the gym, I can’t believe I am fitter after having a baby!!!!!! I put on weight and lost my identity after having India and it felt impossible to bounce back.... So for this thank you @bethefittest as I couldn’t have got there without your patience, your ability to make me laugh when you see my face & know I am about to get cross and give up and most importantly for being an amazing friend who I can offload literally anything to!!
