YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS!

Step 1: make your buns. Mix 500g of cottage cheese and 300g of oatmeal flour. Add 2 large eggs, salt, and a pinch of brown sugar. Mix all in a blender. Add extra whole oats to get to wanted texture before baking (180C, 12-14min)
Step 2: patties. Mix 500g of lean mince, 2 large eggs, 1 cup of oats, spice mix of choice (salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili) 1 cup of shredded cheese. Use hand mixer unless you want to keep original texture. Form 4 patties and cook on pan for 3-4min on each side, add slice of cheese and put a bowl over the pattie and turn down heat. Leave for another 5-10min or until desired internal temp.
I make these at least once a week. SO GOOD and I can easily hit my macros. @rpstrength
