This is HANDS DOWN the WORST jet lag I’ve ever had in my life? I’m currently in London. I went to bed at 7pm because I was absolutely exhausted, thinking I’d sleep for SO LONG... and here I am eating a fruit platter and having a cup of tea at MIDNIGHT .... and I have work tomorrow ?? (today technically). Travelling from Australia to the US and then UK is by far the WORST trip you can take for jet lag! My plan is to TRY to sleep as much as I can until 5:00am and then go to the gym to walk and stretch, shower, breakfast and off I go!!
