It's 10 years today since my @jamiesministryoffood cookbook and accompanying TV show came out – a whole decade!! I love this book. It's focussed around cooking from scratch, celebrating skills from the past and keeping those all-important cooking skills alive via simple recipes and next-level flavours. It’s about real people asking for useful, everyday recipes, and really getting back to basics! Big shout out to all the guys on the ground at the MOF centres who work super-hard every day to teach people of all ages how to cook delicious, healthy meals from scratch. You’re amazing!
