Thanks to @artisanchutney for the suggestion, I made a sweet eggplant/aubergine relish to accompany the homemade naan bread. The fragrant and flavorful relish contains red wine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cumin, turmeric, chili flakes and pine nuts all tossed with roasted eggplant ?and tomatoes?.
