The American trust in the integrity of this independent branch becomes tainted with his nomination and potential confirmation. •
We the people, are owed the right to hear all testimonies that speak to the credibility of any judicial nominee. (Although his temperament yesterday did not convey one of measure and non partisanship. ie, rants of revenge and conspiracy )
We the people, the accusers and the accused are owed due process. That is simply not gonna happen. •
This is a disappointing moment for us as there is apparently no such thing as justice for all. Only a select few. SAD.
