My friend personal messaged me, “Then what is the answer?”
I imagine the answer is as diverse as there are people in the world but this was my reply:
I am happiest when I am in acts of service for others.
Giving back with my time and resources is probably one of the key ingredients to personal fulfillment. ( to me ) •
When I am in a creation; writing or dancing or acting I am in my joy. •
When I am in gratitude I am able to remain optimistic even when things aren’t going my way. I am thankful for whatever the lesson is in that moment of dis-ease. •
Being present. This helps me stay in my joy. Whatever I am doing, commit to that. Not the last thing or the future thing. Being in the “right here, right now.”

Connecting with others like now. Talking about my truth and listening to yours. Sharing in a loving and respectful way creates rewarding bonds with others.

Loving others and being loved is always the answer.
