Just before Rio, My coach @master_sitapa and @hartmann_bl and I planted a tree at world famous @sabaisabairetreat Private resort. I always wondered how the world would look if for every tree destroyed, two were re-planted in its place. I myself have chopped down trees with a machete and not replanted. I need to do better. The air would be cleaner, and there would be more habitat for animals. We undervalue the power of nature to grow and to heal and to reconnect us with where we came from.
