Those big heavy bags under my eyes are from staying up most of the night working on my Motivation book for you all..... When you’re hyper focussed on something it’s hard but extremely necessary to do other things. I put my laptop down after breakfast and went for my daily walk. Compartmentalising your life into different areas is soo important for your mental and physical well being. If you have a problem in one area of life then you need to find ways to leave that problem in that area and not have it spill over and ruin other areas. It’s hard but worth it!
