I'm excited to announce that we'll be teaming up with Pastry Chef @AmauryGuichon to bring 3 of his signature pastries to NYC for the very first time here at #DominiqueAnselBakery in Soho next FRIDAY 9/28-SUNDAY 9/30. From his beautiful Hazelnut Ring with praline mousseline, hazelnut cremeux, milk chocolate, and chocolate crunch; to the Pavlova with an intricate rose made with meringue, lime joconde cake, berry compote, raspberry Chambord, and mascarpone whip; and The Chocolate Cylinder with chocolate sablé, 66% chocolate crunch, caramel cremux, chocolate frangipane and mousse - these limited-edition pastries will be here in our pastry case (available daily until sold out), so we hope to see you here next weekend! #DominiqueAnselBakery #Soho #AmauryGuichon
