"Over the course of the last few years, I have photographed on or near these stairs many times. The beauty of this spot is that you can visit every single day however the landscape continuously changes. Some days you are able to walk down to the bottom and walk along the beach and take a shallow walk to the other side. You'll then be able to walk up to Port Noarlunga beach and back again. Evenings like the one in this image, the tide means there is no spot on the beach at the bottom. You'll need to traverse the rocky outcrops at the bottom to set up a spot. The view from the top is also quite amazing in my opinion. What I love most about this image is the faint wet footprints on the steps." -@nathangodwind
