I have the honor and pleasure of knowing and speaking to incredible super humans and high achievers all the time and one in particular comes to mind - @MLB #legend @GarySheffield. Gary is 100% correct. The mental fortitude to get back in that batter box, in this case the batter's box of life, and stare down the next pitch with the confidence the you will succeed is the name of the game. So no more negative self talk. The next time you hear that little voice in your head moving in a downward spiral, catch it and yourself and readjust.
Step out of the batter's box, reset and step back in for that next pitch! You've got this!
