Just how badly do you want change? I understand the need, the dire need to change your life. The laundry list of poor health for me from my past is well documented. But even when faced with the understanding that I had to change, I had no clue where to start or where to go.
I cut calories. I went to the gym to lift heavy things and get a great sweat. But I didn't see or feel a change. My thirst for answers was as dry as the desert I was just in last week. I needed answers. I needed direction. I literally felt as if my life clock ticking was getting louder and louder every moment I didn't have an answer.
I decided to find the answers. . .because they ARE out there. Yes, 20 plus years ago not so much, but for you, now. . .the answers are abundant and sometimes overwhelming in information. I can only imagine if I had the resources at your fingertips now back then 20 years ago.
So I offer you the opportunity to drink from the well. Dive in. Drink until you have even more questions from the answers you've discovered. It's time to grow, learn, commit and be your BEST self!
