This is BUB with our beloved vet Dr Woodruff, who has been our family’s vet for over ten years. He’s been coming to check on BUB every two weeks for over 3 years! We wanted to address something that many of you have been noticing, which is that the left side of BUB’s face is enlarged. We first noticed the growth on her jaw over a year ago, and have been monitoring it very closely since. Since then she’s seen two other specialists and has had three CT scans. I want to let everyone know that so far, this has not affected BUB’s wellbeing whatsoever. It does not cause her any pain, doesn’t affect her voracious appetite or ability to eat, and thanks to some recent therapies (including tons of love and attention) she is feeling the best she’s felt in years. I’ll be posting a video that goes into more detail regarding her jaw growth, but for now I wanted to assure everyone that she is feeling great and as always is getting the best medical attention that a magical space cat could ask far.
