Ummmm Labor Day is this weekend!! Aka September starts tomorrow. How is that possible? Regardless, I’m gonna need ALL the Lobster Rolls this weekend in order to live my best life. And after some extensive research earlier this month on the east coast, I can assure you that these are legit! They have a California spin with the @hellmannsmayonaise made with avocado oil, obvi it’s my go to, plus plenty of lemon juice and chives!! Pure perfection.
