Friday: Fatty Boy Beans (the recipe is in my book) but with a small tweak they’re now #vegan. I omitted the pork and added in whole dried chipotle and Anaheim chilli and you wouldn’t notice the difference at all. My pro and not so secret tip with homemade beans is a teaspoon of white miso paste at the end for extra umami ? The beans are topped with tomato, onion, coriander and lime salsa, avocado and crunchy corn tortilla ❤️❤️❤️
