Chicago singer @JamilaWoods seen backstage after performing at @afropunk wearing a paper hat by Gregory Gray which was inspired by religious headwear and African masks, gloves by Paige Boy and jacket by Misanthrope. She works with specific designers because she makes an effort to support local brands and artists of color where ever she goes. Ms. Woods was particularly inspired by the hat because of the way it blends fashion with sculpture.
