Washington D.C.-based artist @oheylil went to Afropunk a few years ago to help her vendor friend with selling T-shirts. This year she came back to enjoy the music without any distractions. “I’m happy and free,” she says, which incidentally, is a good descriptor for her style, too. “I was just feeling the colors,” Corbett says of her breezy, white and eggshell blue button down. And while her glasses match this color palette perfectly, Corbett insists that it wasn’t the result of meticulous planning. “I just bought these glasses here to complete the look.”
