A big thank you to @prooflab for hosting us for such a rad event!!! I didn’t know what was up with this place until they gave me a tour and were like, “This is where we give the kids skate lessons and this is where we give the kids music lessons and that beach over there is where we run our surf camp and this is our nursery where you can buy plants that are native to this environment so they use half the water and so on” that’s when I realized this isn’t just a place that sells surf stuff ... this place is about culture, community and environment and all the other things that are important to our future. It made me realize even more how important it is that we support surf shops that are locally owned and operated because you’re just not gonna get love given back to the community the same way from Amazon or department stores. Was truly epic!!! Thanks @gopro @codemoji @iansane @timhumphreys @cmsummers @patrick.elliott and everyone else who came out to make the event so fun ?? #GoPro
