Anything from meat and eggs to bottled water and soda, sadly with the plastic waste staying in the mountains. Pictured here, porters walk across a high plateau en route to Gokyo Lake. Second image is in the forest below Namche Bazaar with some heavy loads. And third carrying water up to Tengboche and above.
