For the last three-and-a-half years, six Magnum photographers have been documenting the construction of @The Macallan’s new whisky distillery in Scotland to mark its opening alongside a new visitor centre. Parr took his inimitable approach to documenting the everyday goings-on, capturing everything from the pouring of the foundations to the workers’ packed lunches.
