#TBT to the super cool @NIKE #JustDoItHQ in #LA. #Nike created an elite #training and performance facility where @UpgradeLabs x @Bulletproof participated in the recovery program for Nike's #elite athlete's.
They invited me to speak on a panel where I shared some of the research and purpose behind the #strength, #recovery, #endurance and human upgrade programs we do at #UpgradeLabs (more news on that soon, stay tuned). It was really awesome to see some of the world's elite athletes getting even more of an edge with our programs.
Thanks to Nike, @NikeLA and @NikeTraining for having myself and the Upgrade Labs Team in partnership. And to all the trainers, athletes and support teams, have a KICK ASS season! Was so great to meet while I was there.
